Cute vintage 1980s/1990s day dress in blue and white seersucker stripes. Button front, elastic waist. Front pockets and waist tie. In excellent condition apart from one smudge on the tie. See last photo.

Made by Norm Thompson. Feels like cotton but it is probably a blend. Tag size Small but seems to fit a medium size. Please refer to the garment measurements listed below, taken while laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
